Business order confirmation
Delivery arrangements form part of each confirmed business order. The final method, cost, destination, production schedule and estimated delivery timing depend on the selected designs, quantities, shipment requirements and written order terms.

Alibaba.com Trade Assurance Orders

Orders placed through Alibaba.com Trade Assurance are also subject to the delivery arrangements recorded in the confirmed Alibaba.com order. Any shipping method, cost, dispatch timing, destination, carrier or buyer-appointed freight forwarder must be confirmed in that order or other applicable written terms before payment or shipment.

If an eligible Alibaba.com order qualifies for Alibaba.com Easy Return, any local return or return-shipping support is governed by Alibaba.com’s current rules and review. It is not automatically available for every order, destination or issue.

Available delivery arrangements
Common options may include DHL and FedEx. Buyers may also appoint their own freight forwarder in China. Every method is subject to confirmation before shipment; listing an option on this website does not guarantee availability for every destination or order.

Production and dispatch
Production time is separate from transit time. Production begins according to confirmed specifications, payment status and material availability. Standard and custom schedules vary by design, craftsmanship, quantity and season, and are confirmed for each project. We do not provide a fixed delivery-time guarantee through this general policy.

Shipping costs and transit estimates
Shipping costs and transit estimates are provided after reviewing the destination, order volume, package requirements and selected service. Carrier schedules, customs processing, weather, inspections and other circumstances outside the parties' control may affect delivery. Any estimate is subject to the confirmed order terms.

Buyer information and import requirements
The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate recipient name, business address, telephone number and any information required by the selected carrier or destination. Import duties, taxes, customs charges, permits and local compliance requirements are handled according to the written order terms and applicable destination rules.

Buyer-appointed forwarders
When a buyer appoints a freight forwarder in China, the forwarder's receiving details and handover requirements must be confirmed before dispatch. Responsibilities after handover are governed by the confirmed order terms.

Inspection and delivery issues
Buyers should inspect goods promptly after delivery. For visible damage, shortage or another delivery issue, retain packaging where relevant and contact us with the order number, product references, photographs and video where necessary. We will review the available evidence, carrier information and confirmed order terms before agreeing on the next step.
